1. Policy Overview
This policy explains how LiBar handles digital purchases, product delivery, cancellations, access issues, and refund requests.
LiBar offers digital products only for barbers, stylists, and salon owners. These resources may include styling technique courses, appointment and booking systems, service menu blueprints, staff training kits, and social media growth planners. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, returned, or exchanged.
Because LiBar products are digital in nature and are typically made available shortly after payment, different rules apply than those used for physical merchandise. By placing an order with LiBar, you confirm that you understand you are purchasing digital content and that this policy applies to your purchase.
2. Digital Delivery and Order Fulfillment
All products sold through LiBar are provided in digital format.
Delivery may take place through a download page, customer account, email confirmation, protected portal, resource library, or another digital access method used by LiBar. A purchase is considered delivered and fulfilled once the product, file, link, login details, or access instructions have been successfully made available after payment.
Delivery does not depend on whether the customer chooses to download, open, or use the product immediately. Once access has been granted, the order is treated as completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, including the correct email address and any other required access details.
3. Final Sale Rule
Because LiBar sells digital products that may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used shortly after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been provided.
Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as unused physical goods. For that reason, once delivery has been completed, orders are not normally eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund unless a limited exception specifically described in this policy applies.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving access to digital materials that cannot be un-delivered after they have been made available.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available simply because a customer no longer wants the product or later decides it was not the right fit for their personal preferences.
LiBar does not issue refunds for reasons such as:
-
change of mind after purchase
-
lack of use after delivery
-
lack of understanding of how to use the product
-
dissatisfaction based on personal taste or preference
-
disappointment based on expectations not clearly stated on the product page
-
failure to review the product description before purchase
-
purchasing the wrong product by mistake
-
deciding the product is no longer needed after payment
-
incompatibility with a personal workflow or preferred working style where the product was delivered as described
If the product was delivered substantially as described, personal dissatisfaction alone does not create a right to a refund.
5. Limited Refund Exceptions
Although all sales are generally final, LiBar may review a refund request in a small number of situations where there is a verified problem with billing or delivery.
A refund may only be considered where one of the following applies:
-
the product was not delivered because of a confirmed technical issue on the LiBar side
-
the file is corrupted, broken, or inaccessible and cannot be replaced or corrected
-
the same product was charged more than once through duplicate transactions
In these situations, LiBar may first attempt to resolve the issue through support before issuing a refund. This may include restoring access, reissuing the file, resending the link, or providing a corrected version of the product. A refund may be considered only where the problem cannot reasonably be fixed in another way.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If the same product is purchased more than once by accident, LiBar may review the duplicate transaction and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
Any review of a duplicate purchase may involve checking payment records, order history, and access activity. A refund is not automatic and may be denied where the transactions do not appear to be true duplicates or where the product has already been accessed multiple times.
7. Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly and access is often provided immediately or shortly after payment, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
Customers should review the product information carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been submitted and digital access has been initiated or granted, cancellation is no longer available.
8. Product Access and Technical Issues
If a customer experiences difficulty accessing a purchased product, LiBar will make reasonable efforts to help restore access.
Support may include reissuing a download link, confirming account access, resending delivery instructions, or providing another reasonable method of obtaining the purchased product. Access-related issues are handled as support matters first.
Technical issues do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund, especially where the issue can be resolved through re-delivery, replacement, or access support.
9. Customer Responsibility and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description carefully before making a purchase.
This includes reviewing the product’s purpose, format, structure, intended use, and any information provided on the product page. Customers are also responsible for making sure the product is suitable for their own business needs, skill level, and intended use before checkout.
In addition, customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, software, and technical setup can access standard digital files and resources. LiBar is not responsible for problems caused by unsupported systems, incompatible software, customer-side technical limitations, or incorrect purchase information entered at checkout.
10. License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a LiBar product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business use, subject to any specific terms stated on the relevant product page.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, its content, or any underlying intellectual property rights. All rights in the product remain with LiBar unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. No Redistribution, Sharing, or Resale
LiBar products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, copied for public use, republished, or shared with others without prior written permission.
This restriction includes, but is not limited to:
-
sharing download links with others
-
forwarding purchased files
-
uploading content to shared drives, groups, or communities
-
repackaging LiBar materials for resale
-
using LiBar content as part of another commercial product without permission
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of LiBar content may result in restricted access, revoked licenses, refusal of future purchases, or further action where necessary. No refund will be owed where access is restricted because of misuse or unauthorized distribution.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact LiBar first so the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after product access has been provided or delivery has been completed, LiBar reserves the right to challenge that dispute using available records, including payment confirmation, order details, delivery records, and access history.
Where a dispute is found to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with completed digital delivery, LiBar may suspend access, revoke licenses, and restrict future purchases.
13. Product Changes and Updates
From time to time, LiBar may revise, improve, replace, remove, or discontinue products, files, delivery methods, or supporting materials.
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee future updates, later versions, expanded content, or continued revisions. Refunds will not be issued simply because a product is later updated, modified, improved, replaced, or discontinued.
14. Acceptance of This Policy
By purchasing any product from LiBar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not complete a purchase through the website. Continued use of the website and purchase of digital products constitutes acceptance of the version of this policy in effect at the time of purchase.
15. Policy Changes
LiBar may update or modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in its products, delivery systems, support practices, business operations, or legal requirements.
Any revised version will be posted on the website and will become effective once published. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of the current terms governing digital purchases.
